Transamazonia remixes

I recently heard the Deep Dish Rockit Express Dub from the Wipeout computer game soundtrack and it got me wondering about the mix up with all the mixes on all the Transamazonia single formats.

This mix was virtually the same as track 4 on the second CD (labeled as No Doze Dub). I had always asumed that the mix up was simply the track names on the disc but it seems now that the listing could be -

1 Alex Party Edit
2 Watershed Inst
3 LTJ Bukem
4 DD Rockit Express Dub
5 DD No Doze Dub
6 Visnardi Totem / Nuw Idol (I personally think Visnardi as the sound is more like the Alex Party mixes)
7 Beatmasters 12"

I only have the 2 CD singles so can't compare every mix on multiple formats but I wondered if there is any confirmation as to the Nuw Idol and Visnardi Totem mixes. I believe that the similarity of timings from the discography all indicate that if a mix is misnamed then it is so on all formats, which would suggest that either the Nuw Idol or Visnardi Totem mix were never actually released.

I also saw on the discogs site that someone had reviewed the DD Rockit Express promo 12" and said that the two sides fade out/in when played as if they should be one continuous mix, although exist as 2 sides of the vinyl.

If only they had got it all sorted out before they released the single
Also, isn't it a shame there weren't more promo-only mixes like from the other Axis singles?

Watershed, is the recording studio @ Mr.C and Layo & Bushwacka! .... I read this statement to Richard a few years ago, when asked when he started working with Layo & Bushwacka!

The 'promo' remixers of Deep Dish are different from those published in CD's, I have a copy of them and are basically two versions are very similar, with slight nuances.

The remixers EJ Spook, you substitute the name Betamasters and there you are similar songs, with different name.

OK, this CD single has these confirmed errors, I'll put the actual remix after the tracks:

I hope you can see my point that the remix names are messed up on this CD, and that track 6 is the one that I can not confirm the name of as I don't have any of the Transamazonia 12"s to compare it to. For example, on the following release:

The first track is listed as Watershed Nuw Idol remix, but is this the same as track 7 from the CD I showed above, making it in fact the Beatmasters 12"? Track times would suggest it is the Beatmasters. Track 4 is listed as Visnardi but, again, the track time is the same as track 5 on the CD making it likely to be Deep Dish No Doze Dub.

Therefore, does either the Nuw Idol Remix or the Visnardi Totem Mix actually exist?

Right, from the files you uploaded I can confirm that this is the tracklisting of the 2nd CD:

I can also confirm that the Watershed Nuw Idol Remix on the 138TP12T promo is different and unique to this release - a very trancey techno mix it is too - I like it! Strangely, the Visnardi Mix is named on this release too but, as with the CD, it is the Deep Dish No Doze Dub!!!!

One mix up solved, no track is missing but you do need the promo to get the Watershed Nuw Idol Remix!

I remember buying the 12" promo with the EJ Spook mixes and being disappointed when they turned out to be Beatmasters versions. Did anyone ever get to the bottom of why the mix names across the various formats were wrong?

EJ Spook, is another pseudonym used by The Beatmasters, not only this collaboration with The Shamen. Possibly a curious note without further significance.
